• AI Chatbot Interaction Information: When you use our AI chatbot:
  • Currently: We do not save the content of your questions or the AI's responses. The interaction is transient and used only to generate an immediate response for you.
  • Future: We may, in the future, collect and save the questions you ask and the responses generated by the AI, but we will provide clear notification in advance and obtain your explicit consent before implementing such changes.

• Providing the App Service: To enable you to access and use the App's features, such as recording health data, setting medication reminders, participating in the forum, and using the AI chatbot.

• AI Chatbot Usage:
  • Current Usage: We use your interactions with the AI chatbot to generate answers in real-time and provide you with an immediate response. Currently, the chat content is not stored or used for other purposes.
  • Future Usage (Potential): If we decide to save and utilize chatbot interaction data in the future, this may be used for the following purposes: to improve the AI model, provide personalized feedback, or for data analytics. You will receive clear notification if this policy changes.

3. Sharing Your Information

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics services. We do not sell or rent your personal health information to any third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Deleting Your App Account And History

Please open "Know iHealth" App on your mobile device, tap on user's avatar to "Setting" screen, then tap on "Security Settings" on the menu screen, in the new screen tap on "Delete my account" menu. Follow the prompts to confirm and this will remove your information and history. Please note that we will be unable to restore your data once this process has been completed. You can also delete your account by sending support email to: support@knowihealth.com

8. Changes To This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy within the App and, where required, we may contact you via email. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
